Privacy Policy

Your account. Your email address, username, password (stored only as a secure hash) or the Discord account you sign in with (its id, username and picture), passkeys you add, and the sessions you are signed in on, including the network address and browser they were created from.

Your page. Everything you put on your public page: name, bio, links, pictures, music, blocks and design. Your page is public by design, so anything on it can be seen by anyone.

Visits to pages. When someone views a page or clicks a link on it, we record the event, the referring site, the visitor's country (from their network address) and device type, plus a one-way hash used to count unique visitors. We don't store visitors' network addresses.

Keeping it to one account per person. We set a random device identifier cookie and keep one-way hashes of it and of the network address each account was created from. These can't be turned back into an address; they let us stop duplicate accounts and spot ban evasion.

Purchases. What you bought, its price, the coin, the wallet addresses involved and the transaction ids. Payout wallets you add are stored so buyers can pay you. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature; we only read them, we never hold your funds.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember an account voucher during sign-up, and for the device identifier described above. If advertising is shown on a free page, our advertising partner Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info, and visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first.

We don't sell your personal information. We use these services to run Yen.bio, and they process data only to provide them:

• Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Upstash (caching and rate limits), Resend (email)
• Discord, if you sign in with it; Lanyard, if you add a Discord presence block (it reads presence for the Discord id you enter)
• Public blockchain explorers and CoinGecko (prices), lrclib.net (song lyrics), and Telegram, Roblox and Discord's public APIs for the cards you add. These requests come from our servers, not your browser.
• Spotify and YouTube, when a page includes their embeds; Google, when advertising is shown

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people and the service from abuse.

Account and page data stay until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your profile, uploads and personal data; records needed to prevent abuse (such as the hashed sign-up identifiers and records of completed purchases) may be kept as long as needed for that purpose.

You can edit or delete your page content at any time, change your email, turn off the weekly stats email, and delete your account from Settings. Premium members' pages never show ads. To ask about your data, contact us through our Discord server.

Yen.bio is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
