Background color / CSS gradient / URL

For a gradient, paste CSS like linear-gradient(135deg, #111, #7c3aed). For media, upload a file or paste a direct link. Uploads: images up to 5MB, GIFs up to 15MB, videos (MP4 or WebM) up to 50MB.

Blur

0–40px

Default: 0

Blurs an image, GIF or video.

Brightness

10–150%

Default: 100%

Darkens or brightens an image, GIF or video.

Saturation

0–200%

Default: 100%

0% is black and white. Images, GIFs and videos only.

Play video sound

On / Off

Default: Off

Plays the video’s own sound after the visitor taps through the click-to-enter screen.

Start video when visitors enter

On / Off

Default: Off

Holds the video on its first frame until the visitor taps through the click-to-enter screen.

Overlay / Overlay opacity

Default: Black, 24%

A color laid over the background. Raise it to make text easier to read on a busy image.

Pattern

none, dots, noise, scanlines, vignette

Default: vignette

A texture over the background. Dots use your Accent color; vignette darkens the edges.

Film grain

0–100%

Default: 0

Film-style noise over the background, adjustable unlike the fixed noise pattern.

Background music you add in Extras → Music plays alongside the video’s own sound if both are on. Usually you want one or the other.
